What type of church is St. Paul?
St Paul is an alive, vibrant and positive church that welcomes visitors and has big expectations of a great God. We believe that God wants the best for you and loves you more than you will ever know. He is not mad at you. There is no sin so big that God can’t forgive you! Honest. We believe everyone needs a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and we believe in the full ministry and power of the Holy Spirit. Believe it or not, we are United Methodist.
When should I visit?
There is no time like the present! Please join us for Sunday worship at 10:00 am. Also, we have four Adult Sunday School classes and two Children's Sunday School classes going on! We are striving to reach everyone in our community and surrounding to join us as we praise our Lord in several different ways! You are welcome to come as you are, and we guarantee you will fit right in!
Where are you located?
We are located at 8264 Lone Star Road in the Arlington section of Jacksonville, FL. We are just east of Arlington Middle School.
What should I wear?
We believe that the most important thing you can “wear” to church is a heart ready to worship an outstanding, loving God and who wants to touch your life today in many positive ways. Other than that, come in what is comfortable for you. God looks at your heart, not what you wear.
What are weekend gatherings like?
Coming to St. Paul UMC on Sunday is like going to Grandma's house, you feel so much love from your church family that it makes it hard to leave knowing you that next Sunday is a week away! That's why we have so many other opportunities to serve Christ. We have daily devotions, bible studies, outreach ministries, volunteer opportunities, simple fellowship, you name it!
We Live Stream on Facebook (See our Home Page on Sunday beginning at 9:55 so you may join us LIVE)
