New to St Paul United Methodist Church?

Great! Start Here...

We are delighted that you decided to visit our website and learn about what God is doing at St Paul United Methodist Church. We have a variety of programs for men, women and children.  Please make yourself comfortable and watch some of the latest Sermon Series or short videos of what is going on here and now!  We are looking to make some changes, and we need you to do that!!  If you have any questions after navigating the site and watching some of the videos, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (904) 724-0022, please leave a voicemail.

What type of church is St. Paul?

St Paul is an alive, diverse, vibrant, and loving church that welcomes visitors from all walks of life.  When you come to St. Paul it is becomes "YOUR CHURCH" we are a body of believers working on one goal!  Serving Christ!

When should I visit?

There is no time like the present! Please join us for Sunday worship at 10:00 am.  Also, we have four Adult Sunday School classes and two Children's Sunday School classes going on!  We are striving to reach everyone in our community and surrounding to join us as we praise our Lord in several different ways!  You are welcome to come as you are, and we guarantee you will fit right in!

Where are you located?

We are located at 8264 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL 32211. St. Paul is in the Arlington section of Jacksonville, FL.  If you would like to visit but don't have a ride, please call the Church Office at (904) 724-0022 and leave a message for the office manager.

What should I wear?

We believe that the most important thing you can “wear” to church is a heart ready to worship an outstanding, loving God and who wants to touch your life today in many positive ways.  Other than that, come in what is comfortable for you.  God looks at your heart, not what you wear.

What are weekend gatherings like?

Coming to St. Paul UMC on Sunday is like going to Grandma's house, you feel so much love from your church family that it makes it hard to leave knowing that next Sunday is a week away!  That's why we have so many other opportunities to serve Christ.  We have daily devotions, bible studies online and in person, several outreach ministries, plenty of volunteer opportunities, simple fellowship, and you name it we have it!

Do You have programs for children and youth?

In addition to the Sunday Children & Youth Ministry, we have a thriving group of children and youth that meet on Wednesday evenings from 5PM - 7 PM for ages 6 to 18. We also hold several events throughout the year geared towards children and families such as Summer Church Camp, Trunk or Treat, Back to School Bash, VBS, Field Trips to Parks, Hikes, Hot Dog Drives, and the infamous Pumpkin Patch which starts in October for the entire month, and so much more.  To sign up your child please call or email the Church office.
